KING CRIMSON “Discipline” 1981 Factory Sealed. Presumed MINT! WB BSK 3629.
A 40+ year old factory sealed original release. The vinyl is presumed mint, the sleeve has an embossed Celtic Knot on the front center. The cover has a faint shadow of ring wear. Overall, an amazing vintage copy of this Lp, and it is doubtful you will find a better original than this.
Released in 1981 after a 7 year King Crimson hiatus. Original band members Robert Fripp and Bill Bruford are joined by Adrian Belew on guitar and Tony Levin on Bass. The sound combined their experimental progressive rock with new elements of world music, new wave, and post-punk. Over time, this release is recognized as an important work and laid the ground-work for post-progressive rock. If collecting vinyl, a 40+ year old factory sealed copy is as good as it gets.
