Rare 1st USA 1963 MONO Pressing On BLUE NOTE Records BLP 4123 With The All Important 'New York Address' On Both Labels (Pre-Liberty Takeover!) ~ Ear Squiggle Mark & VAN GELDER Stamp To Both Sides
Gradings:
Cover Strictly Grades : Very Good ( As with all blue note cover from this period they are prone to seam rub marks and this one is no different having wear points to all 3 seams, aside from that though it's actually in really nice shape, the spine is 95% legible ! )
Vinyl Side 1 Visually Grades: Good+ ( Has Some Light Surface Scuff Marks & A Couple Of Faint Scratches - Original Sheen Retained !)
Vinyl Side 2 Visually Grades: Good+ ( Has Some Light Surface Marks, & 1 Feelbale Scratch As Photographed - Original Sheen Retained !)
Vinyl Side 1 Track By Track Play Grade:
1 Very Good+ (Has a couple of of light clicks in parts but NOTHING major !! )
2 Very Good For 10% & Very Good+ For 90% ( Would have been VG+ for 100% if it wasn't for 5 consecutive pops three quarters the way through !! )
3 Very Good+ 4 Very Good+

1 Very Good- ( Has light consecutive clicks from circa 3.15 minutes and 1 light pop in the run out ) 2 Very Good ( Has light intermittent clicks from circa 30 seconds in ) 3 Very Good ( Has some very light background surface sound )
