Description - This is the first major record released featuring Steve Hillage before he went on to fame with Gong and a distinguished solo career. The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition. There very little edge wear, a little minor ring wear and a vinyl cut on the bottom edge. It has no storage wear. There are no other marks, tears or writing. The spine is solid and unbroken with no wear. All of the text is visible and can be read. It has 2 very feint hair like creases running down it. When opened out the inside is in excellent condition with no wear. The vinyl is exceptionally clean and shiny. There are no scratches or nasty surface marks. Both sides look unplayed and in near mint condition. I looked at both sides under a strong halogen light and could only see a few very light hair like surface marks which do not penetrate into the grooves. They play with a lovely warm rich sound and no intrusive background noise. The paper centre labels are white with black text and white Deram logo on a red background. There is some visible spindle marking on either side around the centre hole. This copy looks to have been played 7 or 8 times. The matrix numbers are ZAL 11366 P-1W and ZAL 11367 P-1W. A very nice copy all round of this first pressing.
