Description
For Sale is a copy of the Classic debut album by LED ZEPPELIN which was released on the Atlantic label in 1969.
This is an original first press of the album as it has the original Plum Red labels.
The matrix numbers are
side 1 : 588171 A//1
side 2 : 588171 B//1
IN EACH OF THE MATRIX NUMBERS THE ETCHED MATRIX NUMBER 8 HAS BEEN ETCHED TWICE WITH THE ORIGINAL ETCHED AGAIN JUST ABOVE THE ORIGINAL
Aswell As this the labels have the Superhype music and Jewel music credits

The vinyl is in VG + to Excellent condition. Their is signs of wear to both sides. This wear however is mainly light scuffing where the record has been taken from the paper sleeve. Their are a few light surface marks but i have listened to the record and these do not have any effect on the records playing. when played their is the odd crackle but this will probably be sorted with a good clean but the record does play extremely well.
The labels are in vg+ condition they do appear very clean however their are some spindle marks around the centre whole and on side 2 their are a few very minor marks which have no real affect on the labels appearance.
The cover is in Very good condition. There is some wear to the corners and thier is minor creasing which runs along the edges. on the back of the cover where there is creasing along the right edge the laminate has lifted slightly but this is only monor. As the pictures show their are some creases on the spine but the spine overall is very very good. also as the pictures show their is some creasing to the cover where someone has held the cover to remove the record this is on both sides however this is not a major problem. Overall the Cover is in extremely good condition for an album that has been around for 41 years.
Overall this is a superb copy of this Classic album
