Description

Vintage lp: LED ZEPPELIN I - debut album, very rare, a true 1st U.S. press of Led Zeppelin 1 with the plum & beige label and bright orange lettering on the jacket - it has different mixes than the other presses. Atlantic Records, stereo, SD 8216, 9 tracks, released in 1969. No Atlantic inner sleeve. Deadwax stampers are STA-681461-PR-2S and STA-681462PR-4S.

Condition: G+/VG- (vinyl has moderate-to-heavy scuffing and many soft hairlines and soft scratches - nothing that I can feel - plays pretty well, mostly VG+, but with several areas where there are a few pops and ticks, and twice there is a single-groove skip; labels have a bit of minimal rubbing; jacket has a 2.5-inch split at top seam, minor edge and corner rubbing, minor cover rubbing; top right corner has a very small soft bend).
