Description

LED ZEPPELIN II - ORIG. UK  1969 PLUM PRESSING

Hello, my name is Dave and I am about to list almost all of my 30 year+ music collection. Most of it is rock based, but there will be a few bits of other stuff too. As you will see from my 100% feedback score, I deal fairly and honestly and try to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. I do have a full time job and also enjoy a lot of time with my family. This means that on the odd occasion, I can take up to a week (maximum) to post a particular item - although about 90% will be sent within 2 days of payment. I will do my best to answer any questions and cater to any reasonable requests if I can. You can rest assured that everything will be very securely packed and I always keep proof of posting until goods safely delivered. If any issues do arise, then please contact me before leaving any feedback and I will always endeavour to resolve.

I do combine postage costs if buying more than 1 item, so please let me know if bidding on something else before I post.

So without further ado, I'll just describe what's on offer here. Happy bidding and thank you for looking. Regards, Dave.

Yet another great classic from the mighty Led Zeppelin. This is the much sought after 1969 original on the Red/Plum label. The matrices are A5 and B4, and the mother stampers are 11 and 1113 respectively. Vinyl is in Excellent condition for it's 42 years! Has quite a few surface marks visible when angled under strong light, and a couple of light hairline scratches. You can clearly see that it has been played a bit, but has been carefully looked after at the same time. In ordinary daylight it looks great with hardly any blemishes visible. My personal opinion is that it will play perfectly with just a few light pops and crackles, but certainly nothing to suggest there will be any skips or jumps etc. I have graded all my records visually and have not had one complaint as you will see from my 100% feedback. The gatefold cover is in pretty good condition for it's age too. There is some slight ringwear and a few scuffs along the spine that nearly always come with a matt sleeve of this age, but nothing major to detract from what is essentially a great copy of this superb album. Thanks for looking, Dave.
