I bought this LP new in June 1968.
Cover - Shrink on. Mild corner bumps. No writing or cardboard splitting. A “4” is on the back cover, bottom right corner. That indicates the cover was printed by the Imperial Packing Co Inc, Indianapolis IN.
Vinyl - Columbia 2-eye labels. Some rubs, smudges, light marks. There is a thin line traversing half of side 1, another the first two cuts on side 2. I don’t hear anything that warrants calling them scratch lines. Visible but not aural. Being 50+ years old and played maybe 8 or ten times, there is a tick or two one place or another.
Sleeve - Clear plastic.

I find online release dates as December 1967, January/February 1968, and just 1968. This album is mentioned in the New Album Releases section of Billboard, February 3, 1968, p42.
The Terre Haute site lists only one pressing, 1968, with these 2-eye labels. So I think it is a first pressing.
Big, 1967 modern, forceful blues renditions. Jesse Ed Davis and Ry Cooder join this soon to be famous performer. The guitars and harmonica roar at you. This fit very easily into the web of Butterfield, Cream, Mayall, Canned Heat blues-rock of the era.
