Led Zeppelin I Superhype Credit 1st Pressing Uk 588171 I understand that this pressing is Rare. Condition is very good. The cover has some wear and creasing but doesn’t have any tears or writing. The 1st pressing record has superhype credits on both labels and the matrix numbers have not been crossed or scratched out.- no extra 8 is scratched onto the run out groove.
These records were only included with the very first issues of this album - turquoise and orange lettering sleeves. These were both initially issued at the same time with the orange cover first issues having darker orange lettering than on the slightly later issues.
The labels are free from writing although the side one label has some scratching which can been seen in the pictures. Side two looks virtually as new. The vinyl is very good condition but does have some scratches on side one that look to have been caused by a heavy needle. Luckily this has not affected the sound and the record plays well with only slight noise occasionally from these marks. It is well beneath the music and the music comes through loud and strong. Side two is not marked and looks very nice.
