Description

An original UK 1st press of TSRTS on the Swan label. Matrix A/B/C/D. Please note label design is consistent with very 1st press - text font is very small. The vinyl comes housed an original UK printed cover. Only 1st issues were printed in the UK and are substantially different to later copies. The are constructed of thicker card and have a textured outer surface. Also included are the original inner sleeves with crescent shape slot at the opening. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In fantastic condition and have only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minimal. All we could detect was a few static crackles in the odd isolated moment - e.g. start of 'No QTR' & then a few during the mid-section of 'Moby Dick'. The audio quality is superb as you would expect from the 1st press.
Cover (Ex+) In great shape and has clearly been very carefully looked after down the years. Front and back are in excellent condition without the usual surface wear that is commonly found. The interior is immaculate borderline factory-fresh. Edge wear is very light and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A beautiful specimen.
Inners (Ex+) No issues at all. No splits.
