Description
Original deep-groove "ear" pressing of Lee Morgan "Candy" on the West 63rd Street labels of Blue Note BLP 1590. There is no "Inc." in the address or registration symbol on the labels. The playing surface is nearly immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The laminated cover has the West 63rd Street address: the bottom corners are sharp, the top corners are slightly rubbed; some very light foxing at the top of the back; ¼" x 1 ½" crease on the back slick at the upper left corner. Personnel includes Sonny Clark, Doug Watkins and Art Taylor.
