Cover is in shrink except for a place on the front where it was torn for autograph.  Cover is in very good condition with only a couple of very small light creases, and some very very minor wear on corners and edges.
Inner sleeve shows very minor wear - in great condition overall.
Both sides of the record have a couple of very small light scratches -- label on the record looks good -- everything is in very good condition overall. 
The writing on the cover reads: "You are always in my heart You are the lady with the beautiful hair Love Ya Marcel Evans Will return Oct. 1 thru 10"
Autograph has not been authenticated and I didn't see him sign it so I can not confirm it is 100% authentic, though it seems to be.

WE WILL SEPARATE THE RECORD FROM THE INNER AND SHIP IN A SLEEVE.  THIS LP WILL SHIP IN A BOX W/ EXTRA TAPE TO STRENGTHEN THE CORNERS.
