Description

An original 1970 UK 1st press on Atlantic Red & Plum. Matrix A1/B1. Difficult to find these original UK copies and boy do they sound good! The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original MacNeill fully laminated cover. We also have an original 'plastic bag warning. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection I could only make out a few slight marks per side, and one superficial trail - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one minor deviation. A cracking copy - the audio is clean signalled predominantly. All I could pick out was an occasional crackle here and there in the lower key 'Let Me Try'. Nothing worrisome at all - it still sounds superb...just won't be quite as clean [as in other sectors]. This is the sort of copy that really is begging to be cranked. Let me assure you - this one goes all the way up to '11' - no problem at all. Super fidelity and the energy will pour outta the speakers...Highly recommended!
Cover (Vg) Not up to the standard of the vinyl, but perfectly adequate level for what is a tricky find. The front is in decent condition, but expect some tanning at the edges and some creasing. The rear looks great with just some light creasing at the extremities. Some edge wear - but nothing significant. The text on the spine is all legible. Expect a couple of creases and some discolouration. Overall - cover integrity is still really good.
Inner (Vg) Not that much ageing. Bag NOT present. Only a 1c.m. edge split.
