Side 1: plays Mint, visually Mint- with a few tiny nearly invisible blemishes, as close to visually Mint as you’re likely to find, original high gloss
Side 2: plays Mint, visually Mint with high gloss and no blemishes even under halogen light

COVER
Front: superb front slick with barely a trace of ring wear, solid seams & spine, sharp corners
Back: clean with a trace of age toning, small 3 lower right corner, no “George Martin” attribution on the back, from 1964
INNER: original blue inner with two short splits, will also come with an archival inner
DESCRIPTION: The tan color in “Beatles!” on the cover as well as the lack of the name: George Martin on the back, and the small 3 next to the RIAA symbol on the back lower right corner indicate a first edition Scranton cover. The third version labels are indicated by the distribution of BMI and ASCAP credits. The blemishes on side one are so insignificant, some sellers might call this visually Mint. The dead wax has the tiny IAM triangle and the additional information is stamped, not in script.

Records are shipped in the highest quality LP mailers with the record secured outside of the cover to avoid seam splits.
Please don’t bid if If you own a Crosley or similar inexpensive turntable. LPs that play perfectly on a real turntable may have problems playing correctly on a cheap turntable with no ability to adjust tone arm tracking weight or anti-skid. It will eventually destroy your LPs.

The records I sell are from my personal collection, including backup copies. I've never been one to buy VG records or anything with an audible scratch, which eliminates the vast majority.
I use standard US grading plus the UK grade of EX in order to eliminate the dreaded VG++
Records are first inspected under a halogen light and any blemishes are examined with a 10x power magnifier which allows the grooves to be fully inspected. Then they’re play graded on a Linn Sondek LP12.
As a record buyer, I've had a lot of over graded “garage sale” LPs arrive covered with gritty dust and greasy fingerprints while the seller claims a “visual” grade based on fantasy. Be assured that my records will arrive clean and fingerprint free.
