Description

Part of an astonishing collection of records I have agreed to sell on behalf of a friend, here is a very nice UK FIRST PRESS copy of Mighty Baby's classic first, self-titled album on the Head label, HDLS 6002, A-2/B-2 matrices.

Gatefold sleeve with Martin Sharp-designed front cover is in very nice shape. Excellent structure, but with quite a few light but noticeable spine and edge creases. Also what looks like a cat scratch at the top edge near to the opening side, but very minor. A little edge and back-cover storage wear and the usual spine edge crease along the opening fold-line, but colour inside and out is superb!! NO writing and NO tears! The sleeve certainly grades EX-, possibly closer to EX.

Vinyl is in super condition, superb, clean, strong audio; both sides show a few light hairlines, but these have no effect on audio! The vinyl grades EX! A lovely copy of this great and very rare UK LP!!
