Original first US mono pressing with 6-eye-label and deep groove on both sides.

The vinyl is VG++ almost near mint looks great

The cover looks good too. some creases a bit of edgewear & a 6 inche split on bottom seam that has been partially taped. Overall i would give it a VG+
