"LADY LIKE" -  - - MIRIAM KLEIN SINGS BILLIE HOLIDAY - - MPS ST 21 21885-6 - - ABSOLUTELY STUNNING COPY OF THIS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD TO FIND ORIG: GATEFOLD GERMAN ONLY ISSUE LP FROM 1973 !!!! - - On the great MPS label, the recording is simply magnificent in it's fidelity, plus the fact the gatefold fully laminated cover is in NEAR MINT condition with it's outstanding back and front cover artwork and the disc is MINT & UNPLAYED !!!!! - - This is unashamedly one of my favourite jazz vocal albums of all time !!! - - Miss Klein, with her delectable voice, vocal phrasing and total jazz feel, is an absolute joy to listen to - - Backed by a  septet of jazz giants, that includes such luminaries as, Dexter Gordon, Slide Hampton and Roy Eldridge, this is a must for all jazz lovers, regardless of there leanings.   A copy that would grace the shelves of the most fastidious of collectors. - - Miss Klein, swings and balladeers her way thru a superb programme of Billie Holiday classics, but applies her own inimitable self to every number - - Trax include:"You've changed", "Yesterdays", "Body and soul", plus 6 more impeccably presented gems !!! - - You'll be hard pressed to even find another copy and I doubt you will ever find as clean a copy as this one !!! - - Offered as usual with no reserve, thankyou for your interest and good luck with your bidding - - £19.99
