MOTLEY CRUE  Too Fast For Love  USA 1981 1st Press LEATHUR LR-123 
The Matrx #s are visible but very hard to see due to marks left in the flattening process.  Next to the Matrix #s right below I've put where to find them located on the Lp, for the auction winner. In Dead Wax Side 1- DK-1004-A  with label upside down it is right below "MOTLEY" In Dead Wax Side 2- DK-1004-B  with label upside down it is right below & slightly to the left of "CRUE"
This Lp had a bad warp. I used a vinyl flattener on it which improved play but....(read description below)
CONDITION- I'm just going to describe the vinyl & not give the vinyl a grade. Also please check the pix.
VINYL: The 1st track on both sides are almost entirely unplayable due to remainder of warp. see last picture Except for the mostly unplayable 1st tracks (on both sides) it plays a passable/enjoyable VG, sometimes VG-  although more often it sounds at least a VG+ The heat from the vinyl flattener left marks/patterns from the vinyl flattener's protective sleeve. (see last pix) In between tracks and in quiet areas there are varying levels of background sound. 
SLEEVE:  VG+ cut out or promo clip on lower right corner (actually I think the sleeve is 90% of the value in this auction) INSERT:  VG  has some stains In a generic Inner sleeve

Only  900 copies pressed  [According to most sources including the book "Lude, Crude And Rude"]
- 2000 copies. [According to several sources including the book "The Official Biography - The First Five Years"]

- Band name and album title is written in white on the front cover.
- The record labels are white with black lettering.
- LR-123 printed on the spine of the cover.
- Very thick and stiff cover.
- Vince has big hair on the back cover and on the insert photo.
- The hair was touched up so it would show up against the white background, just a little too much. [Vince couldn't believe his eyes when he saw it ]
- There are no sunglasses in the middle of the back cover as on the second and third press.
- Nikki's arms are crossed at his chest on the insert photo, he's pointing his arm straight out on the second and third press.
