This is your chance to get hold of a very rare, vintage, Punjabi, Folk, Bhangra 12 inch LP, by one of the most popular Punjabi Singers ever - Mahendra Kapoor, which released in 1980, and has music by none other than the legendary Surinder Kohli!!
*** THIS LP FEATURES MAHENDRA KAPOOR SINGING SHIV KUMAR BATALVI'S SONGS ***
This is a a very very rare & hard album to find!!
Music Direction: Surinder Kohli
Lyrics: Shiv Kumar Batalvi
Singers/Band: Mahendra Kapoor
It is very rare to find Punjabi, Folk, Bhangra vinyls (especially from this era) in this condition in their original sleeve from any shops nowadays!!!!!!
Vinyl, sleeve and inner sleeve are in good condition for their age considering they are 33 years old!! There may be the usual scuffs, creases, stains & rips on the sleeve due to age.
Some of the sleeve has been fixed using see through sellotape!!
There is a stamp on the front and back of the sleeve, as well as the labels on both sides of the LP.
There is a white sticke ron the dront of the sleeve.
The vinyl has some surface scratches & marks, and there are the usual pops, crackles or surface noise, which is expected due to to age, however, the vinyl played well on my players.
My vinyls go through a thorough cleaning process if necessary, hence, IF there is any distortion in the sound or hissing, this may be in the actual recording or due to the pressing, and not necessarily due to dirt, etc.
The vinyl comes in an inner protective sleeve!!
A true collector's item.
Don't miss this chance to grab yourself a bargain and a piece of true Punjabi, Folk, Bhangra history.
Happy bidding.
