You are viewing a Mis-labeled or Mis-pressed LaBeat error 45!    
I have never seen one like this.    Curiously, the labels on both sides are marked 'Be Happy For Me' and P-6702-A. However, what plays is actually 'Work Together That's The Only Way.'
The flip side is a seemingly unreleased instrumental of this track;  on the proper release, the flip would be 'One More Chance.' 
Record is in Mint- condition.   Very clean and nearly new.  Was likely unplayed!    A pristine copy of a possibly unique record.
