This is a fascinating label (gold and black)—and it might mean its a transitional or alternate pressing.  The Sphere Sound SSR 7007 release of Stay by Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs is typically seen with the red, white, and blue label, which aligns with Sphere’s mid-’60s branding.  But this gold/dark yellow label with black text suggests something more elusive.
