Absolutely beautiful copy really deserves to be NM but selling as a VG+ only due to some bubbling on one of the centre labels and very slight warp - although this may be due the bubbling in the label, It is not dished (as you can from photos one side sits flat, really you’d be very very hard pressed to notice on playback or even when mixing. I’ve tried to show in the photos.

The media area is super clean as you can see.

There’s currently only one copy of this on Discogs priced at £80 + shipping!
