N unplayed/new
N- like new - played once or twice only
E+ very clean and shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal
E clean and shiny - no wear - few light marks
E- clean with minor blemishes and perhaps a hint of light play wear
V+ average condition with some scuffs, light scratches and general wear
V pronounced wear - lack of gloss - numerous scratches, marks and scuffs
V- very worn/dull - heavier scratches - faults will be clearly evident when played
G very worn/dull - considerable faults - very noisy when played
P poor - only sold when extremely rare
