Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

RARE MONO CL 1355 Columbia two eye label with Julian Adderley's name misspelled (Adderly) on the rear cover, the track order on side 2 listed correctly on the label but in reverse on the rear cover, the letters CBS do not appear on the labels, 4 designation in the bottom left hand corner on the rear cover, LP titles are in bold font and a single line at the tops of the labels and song titles are center justified.  LP is VG-/G+ only because of a few scratches that can be lightly felt.  Plays nicely and the early mono pressing is unlike anything you've heard before.  This is the way to hear early Miles.  Cover is VG with some grooves in cursive on the rear only like someone was using it under a piece of paper to write a letter. 


I USE GOLDMINE GRADING:   MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
