Ultra Rare Mosaic Miles Davis The Complete Blackhawk Sessions, limited to 5000 copies upon release and very OOP in excellent NM- condition.  Cover, Booklet and Vinyl in NM- condition and are completely pristine and un-played.  In amazing condition and very very out of print never to be in print again.  Get this while you can!! Amazing.  Never touched or taken out of sleeves!

I take all of my pictures right before I list each auction.  What you see in the picture below is the EXACT item you will receive at your doorstep.

Important notice:  International shipping will be determined after auction ends, due to shipping prices varying by country.  Prices usually vary between $20-35 USD.  You will pay for the weight of the record, no hidden fees.  In auction it says shipping is $12 (because eBay made me specify an amount), however it will be determined after auction ends.

1. All parcels are shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been received.  If you pay with a PayPal eCheck I will hold the items until the eCheck clears.
2. I only offer fast and efficient shipping methods to assure each buyer a speedy and protected shipment. 
3. All parcels are shipped with Delivery Confirmation ($.65) and Insurance ($1.30) which has already been included in the price shown below. Insurance rates may vary based on how expensive an item is.  If your item exceeds a certain volume shipping prices may vary.  I may have to add an extra insurance cost if the combined costs of won auctions exceeds a certain amount.  Please be aware.
4. Please note a small handling fee applies to all auctions to cover the cost of packaging materials, which has already been included in the price shown below.
5. I apologize in advance if you are uncomfortable with the shipping amounts; however eBay and PayPal now state that in order for me to be covered through PayPal Protection Services I need to have insurance and delivery confirmation on all parcels.  Just simply offering these services to buyers does not cover me.  These services provide buyers with a confirmation number, and guarantee the buyer their money back from USPS if a parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in anyway, thus saving me stress, time and money.
6. I have NEVER had a problem with a shipment so please no worries.
7. The USPS policy states that insurance is not offered for International buyers so please do attempt to purchase it.  
8. I ship only to PayPal Confirmed customers only unless payment is made via Money Order or BidPay.

International buyers:

All payments must be received within 7 days end of auction.  If payment is not received by the end of the 7th day I will notify eBay and PayPal which will ultimately result in your immediate termination from eBay.  I will also file an Unpaid Item Strike if payment is not received so please pay within this timeframe.  Please remember bidding is a contract, you must obey a winning bid with a payment.

Refunds:  I will accept returns for any item (unless otherwise noted) as long as me and the buyer come to an agreement and it is within a 3 day period upon receiving item.

The item must be in the exact same condition it was when sent.  Violaters will not be refunded.

The item will arrive as described so there should be no reason for a refund, but just incase one may be unsatisfied I offer you the above.
