PRICED ACCORDINGLY DUE TO HEAVY WEAR / WATER DAMAGE TO THE COVER AND WEAR FROM BEING PLAYED TO THE VINYL!
IF YOU ARE A STICKLER, THIS COPY IS NOT FOR YOU. THIS IS BEING PRICED ACCORDINGLY DUE TO CONDITION!
THE COVER HAS SOME ISSUES AS IF IT HAD GOTTEN WET AND THEN WAS ALLOWED TO DRY OUT.
PLEASE READ ON.
Up for sale is one (1) Motley Crue - Too Fast For Love LP from 1983 on Elektra Records (#60174-1). This is a WHITE LABEL PROMO LP with a
GOLD PROMO STAMP on the rear cover. Has STERLING stamped in deadwax on both sides.
I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS GREAT! (especially cranked up).
The vinyl is in Good condition but has some visual surface marks / rubs that WILL cause some pops & clicks along the way and you WILL hear surface noise. The surface marks do not cause any skips. The record plays through without skipping. As is with a Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.
Nice clean WHITE LABELS labels with some spindle marks.
THE COVER HAS SOME ISSUES AS IF IT HAD GOTTEN WET AND THEN WAS ALLOWED TO DRY OUT, THEN WHEN IT DRIED OUT IT WAS CURLED OR WAVY. THERE ARE MANY WATER STAINS, CRUMPLES & BENDS AND THERE IS A SMALL TEAR IN THE FRONT & REAR COVER STEMMING FROM THE OPENING. THE FRONT OF THE COVER IS IN BETTER SHAPE THAN THE REAR.
THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO THE COVER. THE LP ITSELF DID NOT SUFFER ANY DAMAGE.
The cover is in "Good" condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to a crumples, corner dings, ring wear, scrapes / indentations. And there is something scribbled with a black permanent marker in the upper right front corner. There are no split seams, but there is some peeling on the spine. The promo version DOES NOT come with the lyric insert.
I obtained this LP in the mid 1980's. It was played many times back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. My loss is your gain! Many of my listings sell with "BEST OFFERS"! This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
