Well, it's time to sell some of my personal collection :(

This little beauty is a HTM (Harry T Moss) engineered pressing of Pink Floyd's 6th release and was the first studio album after the departure of Syd.

Released on GUY FAWKS night in 1971 (November the 5th) it reached the slot of 3rd position in the UK album charts.

With the incredibly well respected mark of Harry T Moss engineer, etched into each run-off groove.

The Vinyl:

Glorious sheen to the record and SIMPLY FANTASTIC audio reproduction! One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of listening to!

I cannot see any consiquential marks when angled towards natural light and the audio reproduction reflects this....Starting of with almost silent run ins on side 1 and then the drums thumped in on the very 1st track of side 1 (reminded me I may need to upgrade my monitor speakers) The clarity throughout playback was truly stunning, from the slide guitar to the clear shakers too...It was a pleasure to be able to pick out so many arrangements and instruments.

Side 2 had a little tiny bit of a revolutionary background noise at the start-I have recorded this for you to hear how inconsiquential it really is...just reminded me I am listening to an analogue slab of vinyl and not a sanitises digital reproduction.

NO writing, rips/tears.

NO hole wear to speak of and NO spindle marks even visible when angled towards the light and looking for them! Quite incredible.

As you can see by the detailed images provided-THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!

The Cover:

It is the ORIGINAL Textured gatefold cover. With texturing to BOTH the inside and outside.

NO writing.

Lovely colours, both inside and out.

Just some storage/handling wear to the edges and rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine....That's all...

Would display very well too.

The Inner:

NEAR MINT!

It is the correct inner, with die-cut corners and Made In Great Britain text to one side...Certainly done her job inprotecting this wonderful slab of vinyl.

Free from tears/rips and writing.

SO FOLKS, THIS IS A TOP NOTCH 'HTM' CUTTING OF A FANTASTIC ALBUM.

SHE PLAYS THROUGH WITH THE VERVE AND VIGOR, AS IF JUST BORN FROM THE PRESSING PLANT...ONLY SOME LIGHT AND SOFT POPS OCCASIONALLY-TO REMIND YOU THIS IS AN ORIGINAL ANALOGUE RECORDING AND NOT A DIGITAL REPRODUCTION.

ALL HOUSED IN A FANTASTICALLY WELL LOOKED AFTER TEXTURED GATEFOLD.

YOU'D BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND ANY BETTER
