AMAZING copy of Nurse With Wound's Insect And Individual Silenced lp! Original release on United Diaries Records from 1981 and it's hard to imagine a better copy!! Only 1000 of these and it supposedly CANNOT be reissued do to the loss of the original tapes. This is a RARE one! Comes with the insert in nice shape!! But what you really want this copy for is the rare COLLAGE put together by Steve Stapleton himself in an edition of 10 copies only! Collage is about the same size as an lp cover and is great art-wise, but in order to keep this out of the adult section, I could only picture parts of it. Collage also has note from Stapleton on the back cover, so that adds to the desireability of this!! Collage is in EX condition and has pin holes from where someone decided to tack this to a wall or something, but the holes are unobtrusive! Record cover is in Near Mint condition and looks great! The record is in Near Mint condition and is barely played!! You'll probably never see this for sale again! Good luck bidding!!

Items were then outlined in marker. The small numbers have no meaning from what I can figure. And yes, the COLLAGE is TOTALLY ORIGINAL!!!!!
