Description

Negro Prison Songs
The work songs and blues were recorded, edited, and annotated by Alan Lomax at the Mississippi State Penitentiary in Parchman, Mississippi, in 1947.
This album was released on the Tradition Records label and produced by Everest Records.
The catalog number is TLP 1020.
The record is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been played much.
The sleeve is in also in good condition, but not as nice. There's a small tear in the upper left corner edge (I tried to get a picture of it) as well as some light writing on the lower left back (there's also a picture of this).
I'm not a record dealer and used this website, dtmagazine dot com / lpgrades.html, to determine the grades.
