Taking from an older listing...

"This single was originally included with Ptolemaic Terrascope #21. It features three tracks by three bands, most notably an untitled track from Neutral Milk Hotel which was otherwise unreleased. It was issued without a picture sleeve, just a plain paper sleeve and the magazine itself is not included, just the single. With a pressing of just 1,000 copies, this is one of the band's rarer and harder to find releases"

I know little to nothing about this record other than that. The Track listing is:
