Description
Nirvana's first single, limited to 1,000 pressings. The single has been played, but is in good condition--it has the original sleeve insert and plastic holder.
This single is #48 out of 1,000.
To answer a question that was raised: This is AUTHENTIC. It has "Why don't you trade those guitars for shovels?" (no quotes, just a question mark) etched into the a-side. I received it directly from the label when it first came out.
Please email with any questions--this is NOT mint, since I played it back in the day, but it still plays well.
The names Alice Wheeler and Susanne Sasic are clearly visible on the back sleeve (check photo). The sleeve is printed on heavy stock, the number is written in red ink with a thin felt pen. The matrix (SP-23-A Why don't you trade those guitars for shovels?) is handwritten.
As stated, this is NOT mint--it's been played, but the sleeve is in great condition, and the vinyl itself sounds good (I played it right before starting the auction, since it hadn't been played since I first got it, and played the heck out of it).
The Kdisc logo is machine-stamped on the vinyl; I couldn't get a picture of it to display. Also, please note I have revised the buying privileges and WILL ship to Europe, using UPS tracking and insurance. Please note that returns are not accepted.
