ORANGE WEDGE: Unreleased Baltimore Psych Prog Acetate “Grave Yard” 10” 45 HEAR
(Box A—Q)
Orange Wedge, psychedelic / prog band formed in early 1968, Baltimore, Maryland. This is either a very early “demo” acetate, or something from the early 1970s. One thing is for sure, neither tracks appeared on their later recordings.
Coming Home / Grave Yard Tapestry
10”, 45rpm Acetate
Unreleased Tracks.
The acetate itself is glossy VG+, doesn’t really appear to be played much but has some very faint sleeve whisp marks / surface marks on it.
The nature of this acetate, and all acetates, are that it does play with some very faint surface noise.
Acetates are not meant for often play-back, and this is probably one of a kind. It came from the estate of Kraig Krixer.
“Coming Home” is a more straight forward song.

“Grave Yard Tapestry” is a more acid tinged psych song.
