Artist: Orpha Ochse
Performance: Orpha Ochse plays on the Quelhorst organ of the St.Nicolaaschurch in Elburg, the Netherlands. Prof Ochse plays 8 tracks, with among these tracks one of her own compositions: "Variations on a Ground".
Label : Private pressing, pressing was done by Philips, catalogue number is 113 021 Y, stereo pressing.Release date 1966 /1967
Condition record: excellent / nearmint

Additional info: Prof. Ochse paid a visit to Holland in 1966 or 1967, no exact date is given on the jacket. She also visited  Elburg, a small city in Holland, because of the interesting original Quelhorst organ, dating from 1825. Due to her good relationship with the church organist, Maarten Seybel, she was willing to record this LP, in order to raise funds for the restauration of the church.

This record was never available through shops, but could only be ordered directly from the church organist, Maarten Seybel. Presumably 500 copies were pressed. Available in a small Dutch city, not that many were sold I quess, and even less survived the past 40 years. I live 15 minutes from Elburg and this is the second copy I have ever seen.
