With A Lyrics/Japanese Liner-notes Sheet (Having Light-Browned Parts on Edges Like The Photo # 5 and # 6).
The Japanese Words "Sample" , "Not for Sale" & Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Oval "Sample" Sticker Is on Front Sleeve.Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
