I want you to be happy with your record. I try my best to be honest and accurate with my descriptions, but if you are not satisfied that the record is in the condition described, I will happily take it back and refund you the cost of the item.

Postage Costs

I hope that I've given enough postage options, but do ask if there are any other services you would like me to consider. Unfortunately, eBay doesn't permit me to include all of the options I would like to, so if you want another service, let me know and I can include this on your final invoice. In particular, International Signed For is available for £5.50 in addition to the Airmail price. I am selling a lot of other records at the moment, and will combine postage on request for multiple wins (but be sure to request this - if you go ahead and make payment for the items without doing this, PayPal in particular will just add the postage charges together, and once that's done, it's too late).

Delivery Times

I aim to post items within one working day of receiving payment, and pride myself on fast delivery (check my feedback for lots of evidence!), but on occasion it takes me a little time to get everything together and down to the post office, so I can only guarantee that items will be posted in the week following payment. Expected Royal Mail delivery times following posting are as follows:

• First Class – one working day
• Second Class – three working days
• Special Delivery – one working day
• Airmail (Western Europe) – three working days
• Airmail (Eastern Europe) – four working days
• Airmail (Rest of the World) – five working days
• Surface Mail (Western Europe) – two weeks
• Surface Mail (Easrern Europe) – five weeks
• Surface Mail (North America) – six weeks
• Surface Mail (South America, Africa and Asia) – eight weeks
• Surface Mail (Australasia) – twelve weeks

Postal Insurance and Compensation

I will always obtain a Certificate of Posting, so compensation can be claimed for lost or damaged items.

Most Royal Mail services have a very limited level of compensation. First Class, Second Class, Recorded Signed For, Airmail and Surface Mail all have the same level of compensation, which is a maximum of £34. If your successful winning bid is more than £34 (excluding delivery costs), you may want to opt for Special Delivery (for UK deliveries, which is insured up to £500) or International Signed For (for international deliveries, which is insured up to £250 or £500 depending on the country of destination). If you go for a service that offers less compensation than you have paid for your item and it does go missing or get damaged, it will be your loss!

In the event of an item being lost or damaged, I will make the appropriate claim for compensation, and will reimburse you if the claim is successful. If the item is damaged, you may have to return the item or packaging to me in so that I can make the claim, which you will have to do at your own expense.

Apologies for the flash on the photograph – I have learned a lesson there about not pointing the camera straight at the sleeve! Shame I couldn’t have learnt it before taking 100+ pictures. If it is important to you to see the item in more detail, let me know and I will see what I can do.
