This is an original 1969 promo LP:  THE SACRED MUSHROOM - SELF TITLED (Parallax).  
Record is in excellent condition - very glossy - looks barely (if at all) played!
Cover looks great - top / bottom seams split appx. 2 inches at opening - promo stamp and small "DR" on back cover at top left.
