EXTREMELY RARE
Original AC/DC "Live From Atlantic Studios" White Label PROMO LP from 1978
This is one of the hardest AC/DC albums to find in original form - many of them were bootlegged, but this is an ORIGINAL Atlantic Records promo copy. In 1998 I owned a vinyl record store near St Louis, MO and ended up purchasing the collection of a former Atlantic Records promoter and a disc jockey for a local radio station. From this collection I gathered one of the last known "stashes" of these original promo albums known. In the late 90s early 2000s I sold most of them through one of the largest AC/DC Fan Sites based in the UK. Over thirty (30) original copies were sold , all still in mint/near mint condition. This is the last one I have left, one that I kept for myself. The vinyl is still in mint, probably unplayed condition. The cover is in very good plus (VG+) condition, but has a seam split along the top of the cover. I kept this one for myself at the time because of the seam split, but now it's time to let it go.
I guarantee that this record is original, not a bootleg, and came directly from the estate of an Atlantic Records promoter in the late 1990s. I have owned this record since 1998 or 1999.
The Vinyl has (PR) P etched into the vinyl with ST-LASS-001-A with the first S in "LASS" having an "A" etched over it, making it "LAAS-001-A" which is correct for this record.
