ORIGINAL U.K. real 1st PRESSING from 1970,
released on UK HARVEST (SHVL 779), NO EMI Box.
THE SECOND RAREST ON THIS GREAT UK PROGRESSIVE LABEL - LESS THAN 500 EVER SOLD,
Extremely hard to find LP has become a cult classic.
Panama Limited was originally a Jug Band during the late 1960's in England, doing the Blues club circuit.
This, the groups second LP,
took a different direction altogether and was a Zappa, Capt. Beefheart type of Psych Rock.
Anne Matthews was their Vocalist at the time of this recording,
and Denis Parker handled Guitar and Vocals and was the bands leader.
He became disillusioned with the music biz right after this album, and left the scene.
Fortunately, an LP like this one was left behind.
Matrix : SHVL 779 A-1G / SHVL 779 B-2G Mother & Stamper : 1O / 1G
Cover : Vg- Fragile textured cover has some light wear and stain, some light tear round the edges.
Cut on top right corner. Creases on top left corner and opening edge (see pics).
Vinyl : Ex Thick vinyl pressing. Looks NM, Very slight hairlines or scuffs visible.
Plays NM, really fantastic!
Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
