PAT'S PEOPLE "Today" LP Canadian Folk Grail POKORA ULTRA RARE NM

Auction is for an ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN PRIVATE PRESSING of PAT'S PEOPLE'S "TODAY" LP from 196? on ARI Records. Extremely rare and elusive Canadian folk grail that hardly ever comes up… and this is a NM copy to boot! This copy was sealed but there was some moisture damage underneath the shrink so it was opened and cleaned thoroughly (see the last couple images for close-ups of remaining residue). The vinyl itself is NM while the cover's top left corner has the aforementioned damage. The top left corner of front is slightly wavy, due to this, and there is a slight mildew scent inside the jacket but nothing offensive. It actually turned out pretty well considering. Featured in the Hans Pokora books Record Collector Dreams books with a 4-disc rarity rating (500+ euros), I've sold this record for almost $300 in this past so starting this copy at $50 seems more than reasonable.

Condition of Cover/Vinyl is VG/VG+ / NM.
