Description

Regrettably having to sell off some of my prized items as I am unable to work now. I have amassed many collectable items over the years, most I never intended to part with, all genres, many demo's, rare presses etc etc many of which will be listed in the coming days, weeks and months.
This the rare European first press of the classic 1994 Pear Jam LP to find nowadays.

Comes in original embossed gatefold sleeve with printed inner, large booklet and limited edition print. 

GRADING 

VINYL - EX - The odd light mark here and there, general looks very clean and bright
LABELS - NM - Clean labels are almost unmarked 

AUDIO - EX - There are a few light clicks here and there, 1 slightly heavier one on side 2, just a little light crackle on some of the quiet bits and that's pretty much it - great audio. 
SLEEVE - EX - Minor wear only, great shape. Inner, booklet and print (which has a light crease) are all in EX condition

All singles and albums have been cleaned on the latest HANSS ACOUSTICS cleaning machine
