PINK FLOYD - A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS - TOWER RECORDS (1st US release)

Label - Tower ST5131    Cover - VG+   Record - Near Mint Year - 1968.

This is the 1st stereo American release of Pink Floyd’s “A Saucerful of Secrets”.    It has the flat orange Tower label.  Says Mfd.in U.S.A. in the label rim text and the pressing ring measures 2.875”.  It has ST 5131 on the on the cover and ST-5131 on the record label.  The jacket has the number 6 on the back cover, lower right corner. This is the place of cover manufacturing.  The spine of the cover has “THE PINK FLOYD” at the top and the catalog number at the bottom with nothing in between.  There is a very small portion of the spine that the paper is beginning to crack near the top of the spine and in the middle.  David Gilmour’s name is incorrectly spelt as “David Gilmore” on both the record label and the back cover track listings.  Information etched into the runout side 1: ST 1-5131. Etched into the runoff of side 2: ST 2- 5131.  Buy now $ 143.
