After taking some time off from Ebay (for personal reasons) a couple years ago, I'm ready to continue parting with items from my
collection of nearly 40,000 promo singles, LP's & CD's from the 60's thru the 90's that I was fortunate to acquire from
doing 35 years of Rock Radio. All of my records are guaranteed original pressings.
In the 80's I advertised and auctioned off thousands of records in Goldmine magazine under the name of Hemp's Hits.

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades. Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous. However, because of various quality in pressings,
I cannot guarantee that the pressings themselves will be noise-free. That comes with the territory.
Many 50's (e.g. Chess, Vee-Jay, etc.) & 60's pressings, especially the small independent labels, were pressed "on-the-cheap."

MY GRADING SCALE

Grading below is for the disc only. I'll throw in the corresponding sleeve when possible.
Sleeves show some natural wear from 40 years of storage. Many are perfect, others are not.
(remember...unless noted,these records, to the best of my knowledge have never been played)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from
decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area. It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me)
M- : A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides.
VG+: Scuffs and some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should play fine.

Visually Graded Condition of disc : M-

(2nd single. Pic sleeve has survived 40 years nicely. Frayed top and some bent corners from storage, and one tiny tiny split starting to form at the bottom - 1/16"..otherwise
no other splits or tears or writing! Torn portion on label on A-side from a sticker removal 40 years ago. One sticker remains. I no longer have good enough eyes to remove stickers from labels. If it's that important to you, I'll let you do it. B-side label is clean...see pic.)

NOTE (added on 8/17): The last time I sold one of these was in the early 80's in Goldmine magazine.
Since then, apparently there have been bootlegs of this. So be it.
Here's the deal: This is NOT a bootleg. This is the original 1967 promo release.  Please don't email me questioning the validity of this item. 'I' was the person who opened this package that came directly from Capitol distributing which was mailed to the radio station back when this was released.
I don't sell bootlegs. I've never owned a single one...simply because one phone call to a distributor would get me a new copy of anything for free.
That's the best perk of being in the radio biz.
