On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pink Floyd called "Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1967 UK MONO 1st pressing!!! THIS LP IS VERY HARD TO FIND AND RARELY EVER TURNS UP!!!!  IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND ANY MONO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP!!!!  THIS IS THE 1967 1ST MONO PRESSING ON THE BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, WITH 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, A 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND A 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' FLIPBACK SLEEVE!!!!   SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  The Cat. No is SX 6157 on the 1967 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Pink Floyd at their best!!!! Any fan of Pink Floyd, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and is in GREAT condition!!!!  Whilst this LP isnt MINT - it is certainly a VERY decent MONO 1st Pressing that plays VERY well indeed!!!!  There are a few hairline type marks, a VERY few light scufflines, a couple of scuff marks and only a VERY few of the lightest surface marks - but visually the record still has a VERY shiny 'look' to it and most of the marks are only visible under light!!!!  This is essentially still a GREAT looking MONO 1st Pressing and is NOT 'grey' and 'lifeless' like so many other copies of this LP that turn up.  THE RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING (if not better) as the visual!!!! When I played the record through it played with only a VERY few clicks/pops (only a VERY few), NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and only some slight crackle places - though this is always low level and most of the record is virtually CRACKLE FREE!!!!  The record must visually grade Very Good (Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) - though the playing grade is closer to Very Good+!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 'E.J.Day' 1st Press Flipback Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (Cover is VERY flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO yellowing, NO writing, NO rubbing, and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover still has its ORIGINAL Record Shop sticker on the reverse where the record was originally purchased from!!!!  The cover is in BRILLIANT condition and must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP MAY NOT BE MINT - BUT IT IS CERTAINLY A VERY NICE LOOKING AND GREAT PLAYING MONO 1ST PRESSING - AND IS STILL VERY RARE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVE RARITY!!!!
