THIS is not just RARE its really a very special copy of Saucer of Secrets,Mono or Stereo this is a rarity on its own,BUT this has the very 1st stampers on run outs both sides are 1G!!!!!!!!! And NOT only that the label on side 1 track 1 is MIS-SPELT and reads Let There 'ME' More Light instead of 'BE'!!! This only happened on the 1st HANDFUL and was quickly changed. Bet you havent seen one of these before,if you have you'll be a proffessional dealer!! These are very very hard to locate + carrying a 1G stamper code on each side means this was ONE of the 1st FEW hundred EVER MADE straight from the EMI factory back in 1968!!!

Most sellers reckon every vinyl they sell is the last one on the planet,sellers even use 'This one barely ever turns up' and sure enough theres another one next week or sooner,every thing is rare?Maybe a little,but no over inflating this copy,IT SIMPLY IS A PINK FLOYD RARITY!

Garrod + Lofthouse sleeve is all intact,no splits,has some light creases,spine reads ex,no ringwear,strong colours,on the dark section on back are some NON intrusive markings GRADED VG++

All records are played and visually looked at,they are properly graded to UK Record Collector gradings BUT i will add a (+) If slightly higher,i DONT use (-) AS SOME SELLERS DO!

Vinyl has good gloss still,lays 100% flat on deck + plays with NO distortion or skips/repeats etc has light marks to each side BUT is not abused as most of these very early copies are,has NO feelable scratches anywhere + plays with a very low static between tracks + crystal clear LOUD mono sound reproduction! GRADES VG+++

Label are both clean + strongly coloured with NO pen/writing etc Side 2 carries the rarer K J T tax code to centre hole!THEY LOOK EX

Original red advertising inner with PIPER advertisement totally original to this release is all intact + has no splits or writing,creases etc.GRADES EX
