From 1971, out of Virginia, comes Polyphony with their LP Without Introduction on Eleventh Hour Records EH1003. Top of the heap American prog psych original containing four long songs. Comparisons have been made between a hard psych Emerson,Lake and Palmer and Polyphony. This LP was a demo sent to Jem Records in the hopes that Jem would release it. Over 99% of unsolicited records and tapes never get listened to by the companies they were sent to! Such was the case here, and that was the end of that! This copy was purchased many years later from one of the founders of Jem Records.
