GRADING GUIDE :
MINT :
RECORD In brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration to sound quality.
SLEEVE In perfect condition & any extra contents.
EXCELLENT :
RECORD Shows some signs of being played, but very little lessening in sound quality.
SLEEVE May have slight wear/creasing.
VERY GOOD :
RECORD Has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
SLEEVE Normal wear and tear & extra items without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD :
RECORD Played so much that sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches.
SLEEVE Suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration.
FAIR :
RECORD Just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface marks and may even jump.
SLEEVE Torn, stained or defaced.
POOR :
RECORD Will not play properly due to scratches.
SLEEVE Badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD :
RECORD The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler.
SLEEVE The sleeve is severely damaged and is not fit for purpose.
