This exceptional & early UK 1st pressing dates from initial April 1970 release on the dark green Apple Records label: PCS 7102
Matrices: YEX 775 A-2U & YEX 776 B-2U
Stamper codes: 4/LR & 5/OL
Vinyl weight: 138g
House in a fully laminated (inside & out) 'Printed and Made in England' gatefold cover with the earliest 'EMI Records' text, later changed to 'Apple Records'.
Complete with original plain white 'Patent No. 1,125,555,' inner-sleeve.

A beautiful looking pair bearing just one or two light spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: MINT -
Exceptionally clean deep-gloss playing surfaces which appear 'as new' in strong daylight. Aside from a tiny 2mm scuff on side 2, both sides are immaculate beneath halogen light.
Audio: MINT
Played just once (or maybe twice) to tape on top-quality equipment, the sound quality is flawless throughout.
Cover: MINT -
An outstanding example of this beautiful cover which is clean & strong throughout. The high-gloss outer panels bear a hint of storage but there are no 'thumbnail' wrinkles, creasing or any spine bend. All corners are in great shape and both panels inside are pristine. All seams and the fully worded/laminated spine are in perfect condition.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
