Description

Original reference acetate from Plaza Sound Studios with 8 tracks from Donald Byrd-Pepper Adams Out of This World session on Warwick 2041.  Two tracks - I'm An Old Cowhand and Great God - were not issued on 2041 and the titles have been obscured (but still legiible) on the acetate label. 

The playing surface shows minor superficial wear, but no composite deterioration that is common to older acetates; momentary hiss at the beginning of the first track, but otherwise the sound is bright and crisp throughout; overall, a few tics and pops but nothing distracting or repetitive. 

Personnel includes Herbie Hancock, Teddy Charles, and Jimmy Cobb.
