The front of the sleeve there is a colorful picture of three ducks marching
The back side has a colorful picture of three ducks marching and one duck watching the others

- Record: VGVG (Surface noise on both sides, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Some pitting on both sides)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with tiny tears on the left, right and top open edges. Tear on the back which was taped. Creases on both sides from record)
