Side 1 label is pink with multi-colors with black writing and a picture of a young girl holding a doll and a young boy running with a ribbon and a carnival in the background
Side 2 label is blue with multi-colors with a picture of a young woman holding a parasol next to a nut tree and a monkey standing on a chair leaning over a table
The front of the paper cover has a very colorful picture of a young boy with a gift behind his back and a young girl and some houses
The back of the cover has the words to the songs on the record

- Labels: VG++VG++
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Colors still very bright, crease from record on both sides. Some wear at corners and edges with a few tiny tears at the top and bottom edge)
