Description

This is a rare original Columbia Uk demo by Pink Floyd. Songs are Apples and Oranges / Paint Box. Catalog number: Columbia DB8310 Matrix information side A: 7XCA 30453-2 1G KT Matrix information side B: 7XCA 30454-1 1G KT Letters KT are embossed near the center hole. Condition: both labels are very clean and shiny, free of writings, stickers or signs of wear; I would grade them as Near Mint. Both sides are visually very shiny and free of scratches, marks or scuffs; under a strong direct light you can only notice a couple of superficial scuffs. I would grade both sides visually a strong excellent if not better. I have played (loud) both sides and they sound beautifully. Apples and Oranges sounds perfect, with no distortions not even at the very beginning when there is no music; Paint Box sounds excellent with only two clicks at the very beginning of the track when the music is quiet; from there onwards the track plays beautifully with absolutely no distortions. The record itself is slightly warped. However this does not alter the beauty of the item or the sound quality in any way. The record comes with an original Columbia company sleeve in a strong excellent condition with no tears, no splits and no writings. A replica of the original picture sleeve is also offered upon request. I try to offer a detailed and extensive description of the items I am auctioning. I use strict Record Collector grading.
